Jack Rabbit and Rosie are bonded house rabbits. Jack (a neutered Holland Lop) was born in xxxx and had a recent wellness exam in xxxx. Rosie (a spayed Fuzzy lop) was born in xxxx. This precious pair love each other deeply. They do everything together including playing, snuggling and giving each other kisses. They are inseparable, their devotion is heartwarming. Jack absolutely loves ear massages, Rosie is a little too busy checking everything out to take time off for petting, but if Jack is getting attention she wants to be in the action. They are very funny active rabbits.

Jack Rabbit's Intake Story xxxx: Jack Rabbit was relinquished to the rescue from an abusive situation. He quickly learned to trust his foster mom and bonded to fellow house bunny Clover. When Clover unexpected passed away in the summer of xxxx, Jack Rabbit was terribly lonely. Then baby Rosie came into his life. They bonded almost immediately and give each other great comfort. When Rosie was old enough to be spayed, Jack did not leave her side. The two bunnies are inseparable and entirely adorable.
Rosie's Intake Story October xxxx: Rosie is a young, female house rabbit who was born in approximately July xxxx. She was spayed 3-1-12. She was brought to the county shelter after her owners of only a few weeks decided a rabbit was too much responsibility. We were able to place Rosie immediately into our foster program and upon first assessment noticed she had fleas as well as episodes of nystagmus (rapid, involuntary eye movements). Rosie's foster mom rushed her to the most rabbit savvy vet in the area for an exam and diagnosis. An e. Cuniculi titer was drawn and Rosie was started on a 28 day regiment of Panacur medication for e. Cuniculi as well as given a dose of revolution for the fleas. Rosie recovered but does scan occasionally. Rosie is showing her baby bunny energy by exploring in between episodes. She is super soft and is likely a cross between a lop and another wooley breed.
